Terms and Conditions

By using this website and purchasing from Aero Elite, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Product Use: All parts are intended for off-road or show use unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper fitment and compliance with local laws.
     
  2. Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are non-refundable.
     
  3. Shipping: We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours for claims.
     
  4. Installation: Professional installation is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation.
     
  5. Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders at our discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

Aero Elite Refund Policy

At Aero Elite, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items returned in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
     
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
     
    • Custom or special-order products
       
    • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer
       
    • Sale or clearance items
       

  1. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
     
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Aero Elite is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
     
  3. Inspection & Approval: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will be issued only after the item passes quality inspection.
     
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
